:: Sash Assembly ::

The assembly of the shutter is carried out using the unique patented Sistema Rosada, in which the corners are joined by means of steel screws and nylon plugs rather than the glue, as is normally used. Thanks to this, in the event of damage or after the passage of several years, instead if changing the entire sash, a Rosada client will be able to take advantage of a complete list of spare parts that will allow them to change single components simply and quickly.

SASH DISASSEMBLY

Should any part of the sash get damaged or broken during transportation or at the building site, it is NO PROBLEM for Rosada. Thanks to our exclusive assembly system, either the windowpane or any of the wood components of the sash can be replaced.

LOAD-BEARING GLASS

Rather than the glass being secondary to the robustness of the frame as is the case most other companies' products, the glass in a Rosada window unit is load-bearing, capable, because it is crush proof, of giving greater rigidity to wooden frames. This characteristic limits the well-known phenomenon of the shutter sinking to a lower level, which causes scraping of the shutter's lower crossbeam and that of the master frame.
