:: Pre-Treated and Pre-Finished

The procedure of pre-treating each component, a defining characteristic of the Sistema Rosada, consists of four successive phases:

1. The selection and cutting to size of top-quality wood already semi-finished and seasoned.

2. The sophisticated cutting technique developed by Rosada means that the wood need only go through the machine once in each phase, ensuring an exceptional finish on each component.

3. Each component is transferred to the varnishing department where it follows an automated cycle of five major phases: impregnation, drying, fine sanding, varnishing, and more drying.

4. The finished components arrive subdivided according to the company's production criteria in the assembly departments, ready to become integral parts of a Rosada window.

This is what brought us to install a new varnishing department, automized, ensuring a total protection of the window as each part is pre-treated and varnished separately.

	We use water primer and water one-component finishing which has many ADVANTAGES:
	1. It dries fast.
	2. It is weather proof and UV-proof.
	3. It does not produce permanent bleaching when is subject to environmental changes (dry/wet).
	4. It maintains elasticity to the wood thus preventing it to crack.
	5. Respects the environment.
	6. Lasts long (5-7 years).
	7. Easy maintenance.
