:: New Method of Window Construction is promising to Guarantee Superior Wooden Frames ::

Rosada's years experience in the furniture industry have culminated in the Sistema Rosada (the Rosada System) that uses a modular method of window construction.

The frame can be assembled from treated wooden components, which are impregnated and varnished prior to assembly. In this way, total protection of the closing mechanism as well as the most critical areas such as the heads of the uprights and of the crossbeams can be guaranteed. This method of assembly is unique.

The uprights and crossbeams of the sash are pre-assembled in the factory along with the windowpane. This is made possible through the use of steel screws and nylon plugs as opposed to glue, as show in the sash assembly section.
